The total Ceremony fee; to be agreed upon, is inclusive of any extras at the initial stage of negotiations; and does not include those extras which may be requested after the agreement has been signed by the Bride and Groom and the Celebrant.
The fee includes the preparation and lodgment of all the legal documentation, before, during, and after the Ceremony.
Parking, tolls, water taxis fees are not included. Unusual locations and times may incur a surcharge.
All fees and inclusions, will be discussed and agreed upon, prior to any arrangements being commenced.
My fee-which is-$550:00- includes the provision of samples of readings, poetry, vows, ceremonies etc; plus the use of my table, decorative cloths, two neutral coloured upholstered high back chairs for the signing of Certificates; and my professional P.A. system with two wireless microphones, and inbuilt CD player.
The composition, drafting and presenting to you, for your final approval of the content of your Ceremony.
I can also assist in the ordering of your Marriage Certificate from the Registry of Births, Deaths and Marriages, after the Ceremony.

LATE ARRIVAL
It is important that the Bride and Bridal party--and the Groom; arrives on time, to commence the Ceremony, at the time advertised by you.
Your guests will be waiting, and anticipating your arrival.
Should the Bride and Bridal Party and / or Groom be later than the agreed starting time; by more than 30 minutes; a late fee of $50:00 applies.
Late starting inconveniences your families, your guests, the Marriage Celebrant, as well as other professionals you may have engaged.
After 45 minutes waiting, I will leave for my next Ceremony, if necessary; and return at a later time, if possible; where a further charge will apply.
MUSIC-
If you supply the music; each track you choose to be played must be from a purchased disk; (for copyright reasons), and burnt onto separate disks,
to avoid overlapping its place in the ceremony.
Weather conditions.
Should there be inclement weather; that is--rain and/or wind and/or excessive heat; dust, lightning; etc; it is suggested that an alternative venue be considered,
when making your preparations. As temperatures in Sydney can vary, and with high humidity;in Summer; and quite cold and windy in the winter time;
especially for outdoor Ceremonies; the Bridal party, Celebrant and guests can get quite uncomfortable; and this should be considered when preparations are being made.

NOTE: Should you decide; after the agreement is signed; to add a smaller Ceremony, or other items; an extra charge may need to be negotiated; and the original total fee adjusted. (If you supply the items; there will be no extra fee.)
You have full editorial control, and final approval on the content of your Ceremony.
I allow time so that your Ceremony may proceed smoothly, and in a dignified and enjoyable manner.
I do not take bookings closer than four hours apart, so that your Ceremony may be joyful,memorable, and relaxed.

If photos are to be taken at the Ceremony site, prior to the commencement of the Ceremony, arrange for this to be completed in time for the Ceremony to commence at the agreed time.

The balance of the agreed fee is to be paid no later than seven (7) days before the Wedding Ceremony date.

MY COMMITMENT
I will arrive at the designated place of your choice for your Wedding Ceremony, as agreed upon; at the time chosen by you to commence,
at least 30-45 minutes prior to commencement of the Ceremony, to set up my equipment; and to confer with other professionals who may be present to participate;
e.g. photographers, musicians. l will dress in a manner appropriate to the dignity of the occasion.
CEREMONY PRESENTATION
I will deliver your Ceremony in a professional; yet friendly and relaxed style.

CHANGE OF VENUE
Should you need to change the venue for any reason, or the time, or the date; (and depending upon the nature of those changes; and the notice given) an additional fee may be charged.

ALCHOHOL AND/OR OTHER INTOXICATING SUBSTANCES
Should either the Bride or the Groom, and/or the Bridal party be affected by alchohol or other intoxicating substances, the Ceremony will not commence until such time as the person/s so affected is capable of understanding and appreciating the dignity of the occasion. Should it be necessary, because of such a situation, as mentioned; I will leave for my next appointment, and return, if possible, at a later time to re-commence the Ceremony; assuming the Bride and/Groom and/or others, is fit to proceed. Should this occur; a further fee of $100:00 will be charged

YOUNG CHILDREN attending, are the responsibility of parents / carers;
and must not be allowed to disrupt; or intrude into the Ceremony. Angelface Celebrations is not responsible for any loss or damage to equipment, furniture, furnishings, flora or fauna, caused by children; supervised, or not.

CANCELLATION of the WEDDING CEREMONY:-
Should it be necessary for either of you to cancel the Ceremony for any reason; and dependent on the time given by the notice; will determine the amount / or not, of the refund that may be considered.
$hould you cancel; (having paid the full amount) six weeks or less, prior to the Ceremony date; no refund is payable; as I will have little chance of getting a replacement booking at such short notice.
I reserve the right to exercise this clause or not; dependent on the circumstances.
$hould you cancel after the Notice of intention to Marry form has been lodged, and the booking fee has been paid; and before further arrangements have been commenced--no refund applies.(See booking fee is not refundable)
$hould you have paid the full amount initially, and commencement of arrangements for your Ceremony is under way; the amount of the refund will be determined by the amount of work already accomplished; minus the booking fee.

The privacy and confidentiality of all documents entrusted to me, will be kept in a secure cabinet; in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998; and will not be distributed to any third party, (caterers, photographers, Wedding suppliers etc.) without your written consent.

If there is anything I CAN DO to make your Ceremony "special", I WILL DO it.
By signing this document, I / we agree to the above conditions.
